At Club L, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are free from makeup or fragrance marks to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags into their original packaging and include the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel over to the chosen courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
